Multimodal Models for Dementia Prediction and Personalized Actionability for At-Risk Individuals Lead Investigator: Christine Swisher Institution : Human Longevity, Inc E-Mail : cswisher@humanlongevity.com Proposal ID : 1032 Proposal Description: The goal of this study is to develop predictive models of disease progression and risk for Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia to assist patients and clinicians in care decisions. To achieve this goal, we plan to leverage algorithms built from the multimodal, longitudinal observational dataset particularly using MRI features, genetics, and actionable risk factors. With this rich information, we test the feasibility of and design tools aimed at improving the differentiation of an individual patient?s risk, assisting clinicians in directing patients to optimal clinical care, and providing that information in an automated fashion to fits within clinical workflow.
